Beloved mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, and cousin, Ms. Luwanna Dobbins “Wanna Gail,” was called home to our Lord on Saturday, May 14, 2022, at Covenant HealthCare Harrison in Saginaw, Michigan. Age 62 years. Lawanna Dobbins was born August 20, 1959, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Elverner and Barbara McGee.
Wanna Gail was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan, and a graduate of St. Joseph High School, Class of 1977. She enjoyed watching her favorite show, Little House on the Prairie, playing cards, listing to music, and being around family. It was never a dull moment with Wanda Gail. She loved to laugh and have a great time. She lived her life to the fullest.
Wanna Gail’s memory will be cherished by her son, Torry (Tiffany) Dobbins, Saginaw, Michigan; fifteen grandchildren, all of Saginaw, Michigan; one great-grandchild; parents, Elverner and Barbara McGee; three brothers, Reginald (Tonja) McGee, Bowling Green, Kentucky, Elverner (Stacy) McGee, Atlanta, Georgia, and Andre Hubburd; two sisters Meshelle (Ben) Mathis, and Connie Sangster; three nieces; four nephews; five aunts, Little Rock, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends including favorite cousins, Danny Hubburd, Janice “Boo” McGee, Vicki McGee, and James “Fella” Ford; favorite best friend, Gerry Ann Burt, and special aunt, Mable Hubburd, all of Saginaw, Michigan.
Wanna Gail was preceded in death by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
