Located in Southeastern Saginaw and immediately adjacent to Forest Lawn (Saginaw's largest public cemetery), Paradise Funeral Chapel was established in 2008 and is operated by its founder and owner, Ivan E. Phillips and manager, Sharise Steele-Phillips.
