Sheilanda Renea Manuel

May 16, 1968 — January 28, 2024

Ms. Sheilanda Manuel entered the resting place on January 28, 2024, surrounded by the ones she loved dearly. Sheilanda was born May 16, 1968, in Gary, Indiana, to Shirley Manuel and Nathaniel Franklin.


Sheilanda moved to Saginaw, Michigan, and resided there for many years. In 2016, she joined the Hebriac awakening. Accepting Yahuah and Yahusha as the true Elohiym and Mashiach. In her journey to serve The Most High, she became a watchman to spread his word.


Sheilanda was a “people” person and she loved to be loved. She made many friends at Edith Bailey, Saginaw High, and Rueben Daniels where she received her diploma. Sheilanda pursued a career in healthcare but enjoyed the passion of being a homemaker.


Sheilanda loved reading the bible; her favorite book was Sirach and Psalms. In her spare time, she loved baking, dancing, singing, and cracking jokes. A recent interest she loved was traveling. Sheilanda enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends. She had a fabulous life and she embodied being a bold and modest woman. She loved to dress nicely and wear jewelry. Her presence left an impact on many people she met. Her beautiful smile, laughter, and sound words of wisdom will be greatly missed.


She leaves to cherish loving memories three daughters and three sons, Ronny (Ramona) Latimore, Louis “Lashay” Addison, Ashley Addison, Iesha Addison, Nathan Addison, Arnae (Devant) Coleman; grandchildren, Heaven Lopez, Isabelle Addison, Messiah Addison, Nelson “Malachi” Hairston, Royalty Addison, Isaiah Addison, Jayce Addison, Janiyah England, Jeremiah England, Nehemiah Addison; her parents, Shirley Manuel and Nathaniel Franklin; three sisters, Nicole “Nikki ” Manuel, Ayana Manuel, and Aleada Glover of Indiana; two brothers, David Manuel and Stephen “Stevie” Manuel; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; many other relatives and friends including special friends Karlisa Robinson, Michigan, Sabrina Presley, Georgia, Yaheli Baht-Y’israel, Yusaka Zambia, and Aharon Ben Yashalra’al.


Sheilanda was preceded in death by her son, Nicholas Addison, grandmother, Ella “Bebe” Wrenn, aunt, Brenda Wrenn, and brother, Dwayne Manuel.


The family would like to express special thanks to the Saginaw Fire Department, Mobile Medical Response “MMR,” Ivan E. Phillips and the Staff at Paradise Funeral Chapel.
