Sandra Louise Towne

Mrs. Sandra Towne passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 19, 2026, while surrounded by her precious animals that she loved dearly at her residence in Lansing, Michigan. Age 81 years. She was born on Wednesday, February 14, 1945, in Greenfield, Massachusetts, to her parents, Willis Bell, Jr. and Gertrude Louise Harrison Bell.

Sandra loved attending PACE and visiting with her friends she made over the years. She especially loved doing her physical and occupational therapy and those that encouraged her on a daily basis. She will always be remembered for her quick wit and is loved by her children. She lived in Massachusetts, Michigan and even in Japan briefly in her younger years. She will be missed by those that knew her, but we also know that she is no longer suffering and is at peace now.

She leaves her loving children and grandchildren to cherish her memory.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Towne, Jr. and her parents.
