Raequan Jahmare-Steffon Brown (Lansing)

Mr. Raequan Jahmare Steffon Brown departed from this life on February 11, 2025, in Lansing, Michigan. Age 28 years. Raequan was born on October 29, 1996, to parents, Leah Dawn Glaister and Steffon Harlin Brown.

Raequan obtained his G.E.D. through the Lansing School District. He worked a variety of construction jobs and was also employed through Meijers Warehouse. He enjoyed spending time helping his Na Na and Uncle Nate doing outdoor type activities such as chopping wood and taking trips up to Wolverine, Michigan to take delight in that outdoor life; he used this time to obtain a subtle mind of peace and tranquility.

Raequan’s legacy will continue through his one and only daughter, LariAnna Brown, he leaves to cherish his memory, siblings Steffany Brown, Malieka McLaughlin, Jaisha Martin, Tyler Glaister, Tiairre Brown, Naandi Laurencin, Labrecia Banks, Akilah Brown, Tristen Cummings Brown, Khiler Jackson, his brother/cousin Skylar Coleman; and all of his; and all of his aunts and uncles whom he loved dearly.

He was preceded in death by relatives, Alice L. Davenport, Candace Glaister, Pamela Jean Brown, Luther Bacon, Jr. and Paul Glaister.
