Obituary

Nakita Mariah Williams, affectionately known as Kita, was born on May 31, 1991, and passed away on June 4, 2026, at the age of 35.

Kita lived a life filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Known for her vibrant personality and beautiful spirit, she had a gift for bringing people together and making every gathering feel special. Her smile could light up a room, her laughter was contagious, and her presence left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

To know Kita was to know joy. She was truly the life of the party—the one who could make people laugh, lift spirits, and create memories that would be talked about for years to come. Whether surrounded by family, friends, or someone she had just met, Kita had a way of making people feel welcomed, valued, and loved.

As a daughter, sister, family member, and friend, Kita was deeply cherished. She shared her love freely, celebrated life's moments wholeheartedly, and touched countless lives with her warmth and kindness. The memories she created and the love she gave will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her best.

While her passing leaves an immeasurable void, her family finds comfort in the countless memories, laughter, and love she shared throughout her life. Though she is no longer here with us, Kita’s spirit will continue to live on in every story told, every smile remembered, and every heart she touched.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving mother, Margaret Johnson; her father, Nathaniel Williams; her stepmother, Judy Williams; her twin brother Nathaniel Williams, and his partner, Shannel; her older brother Royston Williams and her older sister, Natalie Williams. She also leaves behind a host of beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and all those whose lives were touched by her love and friendship.

Nakita will be deeply missed, lovingly remembered, and forever cherished.

"Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure. Though you are no longer with us, your love lives on in every memory, every smile, and every moment we carry forward."
