Myles Anthony Alfonzo Slay, 19, of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026. He was born on April 27, 2006, in Saginaw. Myles was the beloved son of Bruce and Cherylyn Slay.
Myles was a proud 2024 graduate of Carrollton High School and was employed at Corning in Hemlock, Michigan. He was a hardworking young man with a bright future and a spirit that touched many lives.
Known for his calm and laid-back nature, Myles carried himself with kindness and respect. He was raised with strong values and was well known for addressing his elders as “Mr.” and “Mrs.”, showing the courtesy and character that defined him. His gentle spirit, warm smile, and genuine heart made him loved by family, friends, and all who knew him.
Myles had a deep love for boxing, music, making beats, rapping, and gaming. He found joy in creativity, competition, and spending time with those closest to him.
Myles leaves to cherish his memory his loving parents, Bruce and Cherylyn Slay; four sisters, Angelica Slay, Aja Slay, Patrice Slay, and Candace Slay; four brothers, Patrick “PJ” Feltson, Deron Harris, Troy Slay, and Miles Slay; grandparents, Joan Clemons, Alfonso Slay, Jannie Shaw, and Willie Agnew; aunts, Cindy Slay, Yolanda Howard, Michelle Howard, India Byrd, and Asa Agnew; uncles, Malcolm Wayne Agnew, Willie Agnew Jr., Toby Agnew, Lloyd Clemons Jr., and Patrick Howard; two special nieces, Zyon and Zy-air Feltson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.

Myles was preceded in death by his aunt, Devan Howard, his uncle Douglas Slay, and his grandmother, Hattie Agnew.
The Slay family extends heartfelt gratitude to everyone for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during this difficult time. A special thank you is extended to the Class of 1988 for their tremendous kindness and support, and to Gloria Philips for her unwavering support. Last but not least, thank you to my brother, Toby Agnew, for being there every step of the way during my time of need, and for arranging food catered by Troy and Amy Webb.
Though his time here was far too short, the love Myles gave and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of all who knew him forever.
The family would like to express special thanks to Minister Wesley Willis, Pastor Ja'Len Nicholson, and Nexteer Automotive Plant 7.
