Meshach Tompkins

Meshach Emmanuel Tompkins was born December 8, 1996 in Lansing, Michigan. His name means “God is with us.” He attended high school in Williamston and had many friends; known for his friendly positive and outgoing nature, he was voted freshman Folly King. He played football and was named All Conference “Best Defensive Lineman” for two consecutive years, and recipient of The Dan Nortman Outstanding Lineman Award. Meshach loved God and donated his time to missions work in Guatemala, Mexico and countless church projects. He was an athlete and played football for Davenport University and also attended Rhema Bible college with his wife in Oklahoma. He married his dedicated cheerleader Madalyne Mae Williams August 10, 2017. Meshach was a warm, and kind brother and a caring, loyal friend to many; forming lifelong friendships across the United States through his love of online gaming. He was an outdoors man, golfer and a talented carpenter, worked for Capital Contractors and Next Chapter Construction. Meshach was a proud, soft spoken, affectionate, fun father to his daughters.

His grandmothers Nancy Tompkins and Dorothy Akin preceded him in death.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Madalyne Tompkins; daughters, Daisy and Violette Tompkins; parents, Nicholas Tompkins and Nichole (Eric) Anderson; siblings, Chantal (Gabriel) Lujano, Maverick Tompkins, Montana (Kendi) Tompkins, Molly Tompkins, Jubilee, Contessa, and Freedom Tompkins; a niece; four nephews; and a huge tribe of close extended family.
