Marcia Steward

Marcia Steward, age 73, passed away December 29, 2012 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.A memorial service will be held at a later date; you may contact the family at (517) 372-4958 for additional information.Marcia was born on December 23, 1939 in Lansing, Michigan, the daughter of Billy and Pauline Jenkins. Marcia was a graduate of Lansing Sexton High School, class of 1957. On March 5, 1960 she married to Edwin Steward in Lansing, She was a homemaker but many remembered her as the Mitten Lady.Marcia is survived by her two daughters; Michelle Grice of Lansing, Joelle Leahy of Lansing, brother; John Jenkins, special friends; Gary, Nicola, Karen Putnam, the Kring Family and the sunshine of her life, grandson; Sam Leahy of Lansing.
