Latisha Fuller

Ms. Latisha Ann Fuller transitioned from this life on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at the age of 46. She was born on February 7, 1979, to Patricia Rogan Fuller and Clinter Roy Cooper in Saginaw, Michigan.

Latisha, affectionately known as Tish to many, attended Saginaw Public Schools and Buena Vista Schools. Tish held positions in the Home Health field, where she placed great value on caring for her clients. Tish was a devoted member of St. John Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor James Hodges. She found great joy in spending time with her family, friends, and especially her grandchildren, showering love upon them and creating lasting memories.

Tish leaves to cherish her precious memory, her children, Aynia and Anthony Saucedo; three grandsons, King, Zaire and Riley, all of Saginaw; her sisters, Tonya (Mitch) Patrick and Tiffany Hicks of Saginaw, Itonya Goodwine of Tennessee, Katrina Clark of North Carolina, and Robin Young of Florida; a host of aunts and uncles, Annie Goodwine, Barbara Hoskins, Gail Rogan (Charles) McAbee, Debra and Valerie Toney, Mille (Lamont) Gaston, Charles (Linda) Stidhum, Joyce Rogan Buriel and Terry Rogan, Debra Clark, Carol (Anthony) Baber, Nathan Cooper, and Sheila and Joanne Rogan; 16 nieces and nephews including special nephews, Keon Fuller, DeAndre Patrick, and Eric Brown; special nieces, Kiara and Sharmane Shehee, and Andrea Patrick; special cousins, Norris and Margaret Rogan, many other relatives and friends, including a special god-sister and friend/sister to all, Shamar Griffin, and special friend Juan Camacho.

Tish was preceded in death by her parents, Patricia Rogan Fuller and Clinter Roy Cooper; grandparents, Margaret and Haywood Rogan, Annie Stidhum, and Nathan Cooper; brother, Carl Cooper; sister, Stefanie Shehee; and her aunts and uncles, Emma Haines, Tony, Larry, Norris, Linda, and Evelyn Rogan Terrell.
