Mr. Lamar Anthony Feagin passed away Friday, April 17, 2026, in Saginaw, Michigan. Age 61 years. Lamar was born August 17, 1964, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Henry and Gloria Feagin. Lamar attended many churches over the years. He was a man of God who always said, “God is good all the time”, despite where he was in his life.
Lamar attended Saginaw Public Schools, where he showed up dressed to impress. He loved his clothes, always nice and clean. You would never catch him out of order when it came to fashion. Lamar cherished his two granddaughters. His sense of humor was out of this world. He enjoyed dancing and singing, and if you didn’t know him, he had a problem telling you this “Ne-No”.
Lamar leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Lamar Reynolds, and Roshun Rosas; grandchildren, Da’Maya and Ka’Nija Mills; great grandchildren, Ja’Laya, Zha’Ryah, and Matavion, Jr.; his mother, Gloria Feagin; two sisters, September Simmons, and Shaquarra Askew Feagin; two brothers, Henry Feagin, Jr., and Charva Feagin; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; one aunt, Lula McClendon; four uncles, Warren (Pamela) Simmons, Roosevelt Simmons, Johnnie (Betty) Williams, and Will Feagin; many other relatives and friends.
Lamar was preceded in death by his son, De’Michael Mills; his father, Henry Feagin; and his grandparents, Jimmy Feagin, Lugene Walter Williams, Sarah Simmons, and Roosevelt Simmons.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to everyone who offered love, support, and prayers during this time, and to Ivan Phillips and the staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel.
