Khalil Withers-Fleming

Khalil Jamal Withers-Fleming was born on September 29, 1996, in Lansing, Michigan. The son of Chanelle Withers and John Fleming. He passed away July 5, 2026, in Lansing, Michigan. Age 29 years.

Khalil enjoyed being active in sports such as football and basketball in his youth. During his adult life, one of his favorite hobbies was playing video games.

Khalil was a very funny and goofy person and had an overall great and loving personality. He loved his family very much and took great joy in giving and sharing with them and they, in turn, loved him very much as well. He especially loved his grandfather, Hayward Withers, with whom he shared a special bond.

He leaves to cherish his memory daughters, LilliAnna Angela Withers-Fleming and Khamarianna Withers-Fleming; parents, Chanelle Withers and John Fleming; grandparents, Hayward and Myrna Withers; sister, Kristésia Jeané Withers; niece, Raelynn Javaé Withers; aunts, Tequila Fleming, Tamara Withers, and Veronica Eddings; uncle, Lamont Clark Mitchell; and many cousins.

Khalil was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Norma Jean Sauls and Annette Fleming; great grandmother, Irene Tabb; great grandfather, Charles Sauls Sr.; uncles, Dino Fleming and Valentino Fleming; and great uncles, Charles Sauls Jr. and Willie Withers.
