Kanitha Myles lived a life filled with purpose, kindness, and quiet strength. She was a woman who showed her love not only through words, but through her actions - always present, always dependable, and always willing to give more than was asked of her. Her presence brought comfort, and her character left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
As a grandmother, mother, daughter, and sister, Kanitha embodied dedication and integrity. She believed deeply in the importance of family, hard work, and doing what is right. Those values guided her life and shaped the many lives she touched along the way. She led by example, teaching us lessons that will continue to guide us long after her passing.
Kanitha had a way of making people feel seen and valued. Whether through a warm smile, thoughtful advice, or quiet support, she reminded us of the power of compassion and humility. Her laughter filled rooms, and her wisdom stayed with us in moments when we needed it most.
Her legacy lives on through her grandchild, Ky’Aura Chandler; children, Kiara Myles, JaQuaila Bowers, and VerShawn Myles; parents, Ronnie Bryant, Martha Myles-Anderson, and Joe Anderson; siblings, Uraina Myles, Charles Myles, Florene Bryant-Reese, Jeannetta Brown, Micah Bryant, Patria Bryant, Vashti Bryant, and Jamaya Thomas; aunts and uncles, Ed Lee Myles, Marie Powell, Brenda and Ida May Bryant, and Ricky and Wade Bryant.
Today, we do not only mourn her passing; we celebrate her life. We honor the woman she was, the values she stood for, and the love she leaves behind. Her spirit will forever remain in our hearts, guiding us forward with gratitude and remembrance.
