In Loving Memory of Judith Ann Joplin

Ms. Judith Joplin peacefully fell asleep in death on Monday, July 27, 2026, in Lansing, Michigan. Age 76 years. She was born on Thursday, March 2, 1950.

Judith retired from the State of Michigan after many years of dedicated service. In her spare time, Judy loved to cook, sew, work crossword puzzles, and care for animals. Her love for animals reflected her kind and compassionate heart.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her three loving children: Clifford Aaron Williams, Aaron Wayne Smith, and Hazel Nadine Reid. She was also a proud grandmother to nine beloved grandchildren: Bryson Smith, Logan Smith, Dominique Powers, Chanel Donzo, Masaira Donzo, Lucas Williams, Elijah Williams, Ivah Livingston, and Joshua Williams. She was also blessed with many great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her much joy.

Judith was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Hazel Smith and Wayne Smith

We find comfort in the promise found at John 5.:28-29: “Do not be amazed at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out”

Until we meet again, Judy, you will forever remain in our hearts.
