Jessie Studs

Mr. Jessie Studs passed away on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at his residence in Saginaw, Michigan. Age 76 years. He was born on October 29, 1948, in Lake Providence, Louisiana, the son of James Ella Stewart.

Mr. Studs was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan. He loved fishing, listening to music, and cars. Most of all, he loved his children and grandchildren.

He leaves to cherish his memory five daughters: Angela Studs-Friday (Troy), Ericka Studs-Lockett (Benjamin), Michelle Hood, Dianne Hood, Jessley Allen (Andrew); five sons, Robert McCulloh Sr., Christopher DelaCruz, Jessie Studs Jr., Jessie A. Studs, and Camaurri Studs; two stepchildren, Sharise Hood and Angel Fairris; 25 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Linda McGhee, Kathy Garland, and DeShon Stewart; many other relatives and friends; special friends, Earline Moore and Johnny Mae.

Jessie was preceded in death by his mother, James Ella Stewart; daughter, Sheila Clement; and three grandchildren, Rionne Thomas, Daronica Clement, and Tavarion Swift.
