James Mccoy

Mr. James McCoy II passed away Friday, October 1, 2010 at St. John Macomb Hospice in Warren, Michigan. Age 57 years. He was born May 4, 1953 in Saginaw, Michigan to James McCoy Sr. and Melvina (Boose) Evans.
James McCoy II accepted Christ as his loving Lord and merciful Savior. He was employed by Curbs and Dampers, and enjoyed cooking and spending time with family and loved ones.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Brenda; two children James McCoy III, Roseville, MI, LaNesha (Anthony) DeBardelaben, Bloomington, IN; three step-children, Rayshon Dawson, James Garner, and Dallas Garner, all of Detroit; six sisters, Mattie (Melvin) Patterson, Steubenville, OH, Elder Florene Queen-Frierson, Taylor, MI, Ann Thompson, Detroit, MI, Mary Evans, Saginaw, MI, Geneva (Charles) Bragg-Bardoni, Saginaw, MI, and Bertha Smith, St. Louis, MO; many aunts, uncles, special nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including a special aunt, Annie Moore, Saginaw, MI.
He was preceded in death by his father, James McCoy Sr. and mother, Melvina Evans, one sister, Lucille Larry, a stepson Roosevelt Dawson, one brother-in-law, Leon Queen, one aunt, Mary Lee Barnett.
