Harry Lee Franklin (Joe) passed way October 28, 2013 at his residence In Lansing, Michigan at the age of 71. He was born November 18, 1941 to Willie Morris Franklin and Bertha Newell in Inverness, Mississippi. Joe graduated from Gentry high School in Indianola, Mississippi. He was employed for many years as a Production worker. Harry enjoyed attending church, and socializing with family and friends. He loved watching wrestling and westerns.
