Eleolore Mott

After a lifetime of struggle and pain, (and hopefully enough love to balance it out), sweet, peaceful, and much deserved rest is wished for our mom, "Lori", Eleolore Liesbeth (Doering) (Brown) Mott, who passed on August 11, 2026.

Born into wartime Germany on August 13, 1940, she and her immediate family somehow made it through until they came to America in 1952. We are sure it was this experience that turned her into the tough lady we all knew and loved.

2 marriages, 5 kids, and umpteen grandkids and great grandkids later, (that’s a mom number, there are 9 grandkids and 6 great grandkids) she is survived by:

Her daughter Gail Kaufman, her husband Mark, and their kids David Brown and Aimee Baize (and Aimee’s children Aryanna, Jeremy Jr. and Sebastian).

Her daughter Julie Schoonover, her husband Kevin, and their kids Jasmine Wong and Keith Schoonover (and Keith’s daughter Viviann).

Her son Brian Brown, his wife Tammy, and their kids Jonathan, Jordan and Janae (and Jonathan’s daughter Audrey, and Audrey’s little brother on the way, Kamden).

Her daughter Mundy Hendrickson, her husband Jeff, and their kids Lynn and Dean.

Her son Marshall Mott and his wife Amber.
