Dr. Virginia Ann Hines

Dr. Virginia Ann Hines, formerly of Saginaw, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025, in Olympia, Washington, at the age of 63 years.

Dr. Hines leaves a legacy of service to God, her country, and her fellowman; a legacy of love for family and friends including her brothers, Booker, Herman, and Sonny Hines and their families; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins; an uncle, Pastor Emeritus Arthur L. (Annie) Brown of Birmingham, Alabama; her  100 year-old aunt, Ethel Mae "Aunt Ethel" Drain of Saginaw, Michigan; friends too numerous to list; and the Buena Vista "BV" Class of '79.

A Celebration of Dr. Hines’ life will take place at 11:30 AM on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 S.E. 240th St., Kent, Washington 98402.
