Dortha Gant (Lansing)

   In loving memory of Dortha Gant, age 78, of Lansing who passed away peacefully on July 2, 2024, in East Lansing, Michigan.

   She is survived by her daughters Patricia Spitzley, Denise Tate, and Kameshia Gant; her grandchildren, Jordan Spitzley (Kenna) and Trevor Spitzley; her great grandchildren; her siblings, Early Mae Tyson, Charlean Richardson, Charlie King, and Marilyn Richardson; her nieces, nephews, and cousins. 

   Dortha was preceded in death by her husband James L. Gant, parents, and siblings.

   A memorial service for Dortha will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Holmes Road Church of Christ located at 321 E. Holmes Road, Lansing, MI 48910. 

   The family would like to thank The Legacy at the Willows in East Lansing for taking such good care of our mother/NaNa for the last month and a half.
