Dimetri Wells, Sr.

Mr. Dimetri Wells Sr., affectionately known as “Macaroni,” departed this earthly life on Friday, July 10, 2025, at the age of 51 years. Dimetri was born September 13, 1973, to Jacqueline Ann Prescott and Daniel Wells.

Dimetri was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan. He attended Saginaw Public Schools. Dimetri was a member of Greater Impact International Church under the leadership of Pastor Angela Curry Parkes. He was the life of the party. He always thought he was best dressed at any event, and growing up, you couldn’t tell him he wasn’t Eazy-E's little brother.

Dimetri's memories will forever be cherished by his children whom he loved dearly Demesha Swilley, Jarquez Swilley, Dimetri Jr, and Destiny Wells; three grandchildren, Janaiyha and Jaquaya Swilley, and London Wells; siblings, Jermaine Swilley, Corey (Britney) Prescott, David Monroe, and James Wells; grandfather, James Wells; stepmother, Kim Wells; two nieces, Courtney and Rayna; seven nephews, Jermaine, Javonte, Jeffry, Coreyon, Cory, Chance, and Caidyn; aunts and uncles, David (Mattie) Swilley, Stefond Swilley, Tyrone Swilley, and Yvonne Hubbard; a host of cousins, other relatives and friends who all held a special place in his heart.

Dimetri was preceded in death by his parents, Jacqueline Prescott and Daniel Wells; grandparents, William E. and Essie Mae Swilley, James H. Wells, and Clara Wells; three uncles, James Swilley, Marc Drake, and Harry Hubbard; two aunts, Lovette Swilley and Marie Prescott; two nephews, Corey Jr. and Cortez Prescott.
