Mr. Darrell Devon Chapman Duke passed away Monday, May 23, 2011 at Covenant Healthcare-Cooper. Age 37 years. Darrell was born July 17, 1973 in Saginaw, Michigan to Patricia Thomas and Nathaniel Winston.
He attended Buena Vista Schools and enjoyed loud music.
He leaves to cherish his memory three children, Nickeya Chapman, Darrell Chapman Jr., Airiana Hamilton; granddaughter, ShaMarria Ramsey; mother, Patricia Thomas; father, Nathaniel Winston; stepfather, Lester Harris; two sisters, Lisa Chapman, Latrice Chapman; five brothers, Robert Thomas Jr., Nathaniel Winston Jr., Larry Winston, Kenny Turner, Nathaniel Sutton; three nephews, Reggie Statom Jr., Vyterius Chapman,
KenTorrion Amos; many other relatives and friends including special cousins, Domonique Trouse, Oneal Chapman Jr.; also special friends, Lynn Greer (Snoop) and Earl Jones Jr. (Woodgrain). The family would like to express a special thanks to the 7th floor SICU at

He was preceded in death by his step-father, Robert Thomas Sr.; grandparents, Norma J. Chapman and Oneal Chapman Sr.; brother, Bennie Thomas; uncle, Oneal Chapman Jr; niece, Kennadi Amos.
