Beloved brother and uncle passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2009 in Saginaw, Michigan at the age of 66 years. The son of the late Bert and Lucy (Gandy) Brown was born May 14, 1943 in Tibbeak CO., Mississippi. Bobbie Joe was the ninth of thirteen children.
He leaves to cherish his fond memory two children, his sisters, Amy (William), Annie (Horace), Samma, Catherine (Willie), and Prater; three brothers: Arthur (Ruth), Willie Bell (Marva) and Vandie (Diana) and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Bobbie Joe was preceded in death by four siblings: Roosevelt, West Bell, Ethel and Simon.
