On Thursday, July 17, 2025, Mr. Antwan Dwayne Mims embarked on his next journey, leaving behind a legacy of love and resilience, at the age of 62, while at MyMichigan Medical Center in Midland, Michigan. Born on November 18, 1962, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Claudia and Lank T. Mims, Antwan's life was a testament to the power of hope and determination.

Antwan, a devoted resident of Saginaw, Michigan, and proud graduate of Saginaw High, left an indelible mark on those around him. Known affectionately as Twan, he was a beacon of warmth and kindness, always ready to lend a helping hand or listening ear. His love for his wife, family, and community was palpable, inspiring countless memories and moments of joy. As a dedicated grandfather, father, and friend, Antwan's presence was a gift, filling the lives of those he touched with laughter, music, and adventure. His passions, from hunting and fishing to motorcycling, were a testament to his zest for life and his infectious enthusiasm. Through his love, generosity, and unwavering support, Antwan continues to inspire hope, resilience, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of life.
