Ms. Stephanie Neal was called home to be with the Lord on October 6th, 2019 in East Lansing, Michigan. Age 58 years. She was born on January 9, 1961 to James R. Neal, Sr., and Stella McIntosh in Detroit, Michigan.

Stephanie attended Lansing Eastern High School in Lansing, Michigan. She was known for her kindness and giving heart. She devoted most of her career taking care of medically disabled people and held a Dietary and Housekeeping position at Americare of Elkhart, Indiana.

She was the life of the party! A strong woman with no fear. She was also known for her famous phrases like “Trick no Good”, “Let me hand you something for free”, or “You made that up”.

Stephanie attended church at the formerly known, Pentecostal Church of God in Christ; now known as Tabernacle of David, where she was baptized.

Stephanie leaves behind three beautiful children, Stellana (Joshua) McBride, Lansing, Michigan, Timothy R. Black, Jr., Dearborn Heights, Michigan and Tiffany N. Neal, Elkhart, Indiana. Four of her what she called “Grannie’s Baby”, Kyren Black, Jazzlynn Black, Nahjahlay Clark, and Sa’Niah Neal; her mother, Stella McIntosh, 7 sisters, 3 brothers, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends including special friend, Holbart Lewis.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Ronald Neal, Sr., three brothers and one sister.
