Mr. Scott Clinton Harris transitioned home on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, in Saginaw, Michigan. He was born March 4, 1953, in Saginaw, Michigan to Henry Harris and Mary Sue Floyd.
Scott Harris, better known as “Po-Boy and Junior,” was raised by his loving grandmother, Mrs. Queenie Wooten. He attended Saginaw Public Schools. Scott was a very loving person who loved to make people laugh. He would keep you laughing with the things he would say. Po-Boy was best known for talking his “street slang,” and you and you couldn’t beat him at it. Scott would tell you, “drop it in the center and pay me like you owe me, not like you know me.” Scott was quick on his feet with punch lines. He was truly the jack of all trades. You name it he was a part of it; you thought it, but he knew it. Scott was always the life of the party. He loved to dance and he knew he could cut a rug. Scott was loved by his family and friends, had a well-loved legacy with Gracie “Shamie” Jackson. Scott was a people person, especially to the ladies. He loved to eat good cooking. His favorite dish was tacos made by his daughter, and soul food cooked by his Aunt Scootie. Scott will be greatly missed.
