Patrick Mcintosh

Mr. Patrick McIntosh Gurve", "The Great One, beloved brother, uncle, nephew cousin and friend went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Carle Hospital in Champaign, Illinois at the age of 49 years. He was born to Jerome and Jessie Mae McIntosh on March 17, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois.
Patrick resided in Saginaw, Michigan where he attended Saginaw High School and was a Golden Gloves boxer. He loved to play basketball with his nephews and joke with his family whom he loved dearly. He would do anything for his family. Patrick attended Church of New Life Faith in Champaign, Illinois and was a student at Parkland College.
He leaves to cherish his memory, three sisters, Sandra McIntosh, Diedra McIntosh, and Rachel McIntosh all of Saginaw, Michigan; five brothers, Jerome Davis and Jeffery McIntosh of Saginaw, Michigan; Larry (Charise) McIntosh of Arlington, Texas; Donald and Kenny Holmes of Chicago, Illinois; eight nieces, Terri (Anthony) Marshall, Rebekah and Ashley McIntosh, Tamika Evans, Jasmine McIntosh, Janet (Robert) Irvin, Domonique McIntosh and Janeice McIntosh; six nephews, Freddie Lee, Leroy, Larry McIntosh Jr, Currion Williams, Tyler Washer and Robert Cox; two great-nephews, Deontrae McIntosh and Freddie McIntosh Jr; five aunts, Ellen Davis, Ledorothy McIntosh, Odessa McIntosh, Wilma Fleming and Pearlee Fleming; six uncles, Jeff, James and Rush Davis, Leroy McIntosh, Albert Fleming and Charles Manley; one brother-in-law, Charles Macklin; a very special friend who was like a brother, Robert Jamerson; many other relatives and friends. Gurve, The Great One will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Patrick was preceded in death by his parents, Jerome and Jessie Mae McIntosh; grandparents, Jeff and Annie Davis and Alberta and David Boss.
