Nathaniel Agustus Tate

November 15, 1948 — August 4, 2015

Our beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin and friend, Mr. Nathaniel Agustus Tate peacefully made his transition to eternal life on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at the age of 66 years. He was born November 15, 1948 in Hattiesburg, Mississippi to David and Minnie B. Tate.
Nathaniel was a resident of Saginaw, Michigan and was a 1966 graduate of Saginaw High School. He served his country with the United States Air Force and the United States Navy, receiving honorable discharges from both branches. Nathaniel enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also loved to play cards and dominoes with his family and friends. More often than not you could walk in on him playing solitaire by himself. However, most of all Nathaniel loved his family and friends even when he was putting up a fuss and fight while putting you out of his house. He was a great man whose presence will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He leaves to celebrate his legacy his soul mate, Ruth Ann Tate; six daughters, Angela Michelle Tate, Tammy Rochelle Tate, Sarah Ann Tate, Tanya L. (Alpierre) Wingard, Viola Marie (Ricky Sr.) Ramirez and Kayla Denise (Bryant II) Miller; four sons, Nathaniel Agustus Tate Jr., Nathaniel A.
