Napoleon Buford, Jr. passed away Monday, July 14, 2014 at his residence. Age 58 years. He was born September 24, 1955 in Tunica, Mississippi to Eulla Lee Buford and Napoleon Buford Sr.
Napoleon confessed Christ an early age. He was a beautiful, loving and caring person who always stayed to himself. He had many friends who loved and cared for him. He loved the blues and even a lil hip-hop and R&B. Most of all, he loved working with his hands. If something was broken, he could fix it.
Mr. Buford is survived by three step-children, Hesterine Mallett, Loretta Mallett and Latarsha Mallett; mother, Eulla Lee Buford; seven sisters, Magnolia, Buford, Christine Jackson, Monnie Jackson, Alma Buford, Shirley Buford, Joann Buford and Brenda Buford; eight brothers, Robert Buford, Milton Buford, Alonzo Buford, Eddie Buford, Gilmore Buford, Senarch Buford, James Buford and Henry Buford; seven nieces, Eulla Buford, Sonya Buford, Tanika Buford, Latonya Buford, Theresa Buford, Elbonda Buford and Carolyn Buford; nine nephews, Dominic Buford, Demetrius Buford, Sean Buford, Charles Buford, Danny Buford, Tyrone Buford, Hugh Buford, Jerome Buford and Alonzo Buford; five cousins, Earnest Buford, James Buford, Percy Buford, Elbert Buford and Minnie Lee Ewing; two sisters-in-law, Shantel Johnson, Queenester Mallett; three brothers-in-law, Don L. Jackson, Hugh Williams and Eddie Jackson; a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Buford was preceded in death by his fiance' Yvonne Mallett; father, Napoleon Buford, Sr.; three brothers, Robert Lee Jackson, Henry Buford and Milton Buford; cousins, Elbert Buford, and Joe Buford.
