Leonard (Lansing) Vick

Leonard Wayne Vick passed away, December 21, 2014 at the age of 63. He was born April 25, 1951, in Russellville, Kentucky, to Agnes Vick. He lived in Lansing, Michigan, where he was a faithful member of Mt. Zion All Nations Baptist Church and was a member of the S.W.A.T team. He attended Kentucky State University, and retired from Sears as a Store Manager, after being employed for thirty eight years. He enjoyed golfing, working out, and attending his grandchildrens sports events. He was kind, giving, generous, and always willing to help out where needed. He especially enjoyed spending time with his four granddaughters, they were the highlight of his life.
He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Laura (Andrew) Morton, of Lansing, Michigan, two stepchildren; Liberty McPike, of Lansing, Michigan, and Erica (Tony) Fell, of Mississippi, four grandchildren; Destiney Morton, attending Kentucky St. University, Damaria Morton, Deyanni Morton, and Daylynne Morton, of Lansing, Michigan, six step grandchildren; Dayjah Stewart, Xavier Stewart, Jamie McPike, Jaylon Fell, Aaron Fell, Ethon Fell, a sister, Dorris Vick, of Russellville, Kentucky, a brother, James Vick, a niece; Teresa Robey, six nephews, Larry Wood, Charles Beck, Archie Beck, Demosko Gordon, Patrick Beck, and Marlon Vick. His former wives, Mildred Vick and Rhonda Larkin. He was preceded in death by his mother, Agnes Vick, sister, Nadine Beck, brother, Calvin Stanley Lunsford, and niece, Regina Gordon.
