Laurinda (Lansing) Bandt

Laurinda Bandt passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 at Sparrow Hospital. Age 58. Laurinda was born on September 19, 1957 to Robert and Evelyn Edly in Lansing, Michigan.
Laurinda was a lifelong resident of Lansing, Michigan where she graduated from Waverly High School. She was a stay at home Mom who was happiest spending time with her family especially her children, grandchildren, and pets. They were her world. She was loving and very kind-hearted who would help others the best she could. She considered everyone family and their children became her grandbabies. Laurinda's hobbies were crocheting and sewing. She loved her western shows and country music. She also enjoyed outside activities until her health did not allow her to anymore, however, there were times when her health did not stop her from the things she loved doing.
She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Amanda Bandt and Cassandra Garcia; two sons, Rodger Garcia and Phillip Garcia; stepson, Garrett Garcia; grandchildren, David Bandt, Teagan, Julie Nelson, Michael Garza, Miley Garza, Noah Garcia, Hope Garcia, Phillisanna Garcia, Aurelia Peachy Garcia, Jesus Vagaski, and Kaila Garcia; three sisters, Laura Ault, Lisa Sembach, and Lynna Eising; one brother, Jim Edly; nieces, Jesikka Palacia, T.T. Eising, Mara and Tiffany Sembach; six nephews, Jose Palacia, Trevor, Tyler, and Travis Eising, Colton Sembach, and Brett Allen; one uncle, Paul Kabelitz; one cousin, Rodney Kabelitz; sister-in-law, Jovita Palacia; brother-in-law Joe Palacia many other relatives and friends including special friends Lori and Leroy Blevins; Bandt, Garcia and Kabelitz families.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Evelyn Edly and son, Michael Bandt.
