Johnnie Bee Mack

November 20, 1942 — March 23, 2020

Mrs. Johnnie Bee Mack was born November 20, 1942 in Scott, Arkansas, the daughter of Arthur Lee and Leona Hattison. She passed away Monday, March 23, 2020 at the age of 77 years.

Johnnie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She married Richard Mack, Sr. in 1961 and they moved their family to Saginaw, Michigan in 1966. She became employed with Saginaw Public Schools and worked there over 25 years before retiring. Johnnie joined Bethel A.M.E. Church and was a faithful and active member until her health declined.

She leaves to cherish her memory six children, Zerita (Michael) Gates-Johnson, Pamela (Larry) Leach, Richard Jr. (Joyce), Derrick (Cynthia), Kelvin (Golyanna), Anthony (Veronica) Mack; seventeen grandchildren, Danny Abraham, Jr., Jamaal Abraham, Telissa Mack, Tamber Mack, Richard Mack, Zachery Leach, Zion Leach, David Mack, Christopher Mack, Zaria Mck, Kelvin Mack Jr., Tarera Howard-Jones, Telvin Mack, Anthony Robinson, Antoinette Mack, Anthony Mack II, Candis Williams; twenty-five great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Jean Hammond, Lillie Tribble, Leola Dotson; brothers, Corwin and Clarence Hattison; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to express special thanks to everyone that has supported them during this difficult time, Ivan E. Phillips and the Staff of Paradise Funeral Chapel.
