Estella Johnson

Estella Mae Johnson, our beloved sister, mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother passed away peacefully January 27, 2010 at Tendercare of Saginaw at the age of 67. She was born February 18, 1942 in Augusta, GA to the late Rev. George Williams Sr. and the late Bessie Lee Williams.
Estella was a member of New Jerusalem Baptist Church for 27 years. Ms. Johnson loved to play bingo, cards and she loved family gatherings.
She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Selina (Carl) May and Barbara Gulley both of Saginaw, MI; one son, J.W. Johnson Jr. of Saginaw, MI; three sisters, June (Edward) Marshall of Saginaw, MI, Ernestine Williams of Bay City, MI and Betty Beasley of Saginaw, MI; five brothers, Columbus (Jewel) Williams of Shreveport, LA, Rev. John Williams Sr. of Bay City, MI, Purnell Williams of Saginaw, MI, Arthur Williams of Bay City, MI and George Williams of Bay City, MI; five grandchildren, Tameia Johnson of Saginaw, MI, Michelle Gulley of Saginaw, MI, Jennifer Gulley of Saginaw, MI, JaOnta Johnson of Saginaw, MI and J.W. Johnson III of Grand Rapids, MI; one great-grandchild, Jamaries Johnson of Saginaw, MI and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
Ms. Johnson was predeceased by the love of her life, Odell Gulley; daughter, Lisa Johnson; sister, Lorraine Morris; sister-in-law, Wilola Williams and parents, Rev. George Williams Sr. and Bessie Lee Williams.
