Ernestine Brown

Mrs. Ernestine Brown went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 20, 2015 at the age of 76 years. Her illustrious life began on September 16, 1938 in Helena, Arkansas to Jessie and Louise Davis.
Sister Browns journey in life continued when she confessed faith in Christ at a young age at the First Baptist Church of Barton, Arkansas. She attended Oneida Elementary and Lakeview High School. Later, she met and was joined in holy matrimony to Clarence Brown. Mrs. Brown was a retiree of Saginaw County Child Development.
Mrs. Brown leaves to cherish her memory her children, Gloria (Johnny) Jackson, West Helena, Arkansas, Marla (Verdell) Brabham, North Carolina, Samuel Brown, Saginaw, Michigan, Teran (Tawanna) Brown, North Carolina; fifteen grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren; one brother, Tommy (Wilean) Davis, West Helena, Arkansas; four sisters, Doris Davis, Saginaw, Michigan, Deloris Parker, Grand Rapids, Michigan, Linda (Michael) Jackson, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Christine (Leroy) Craig, West Helena, Arkansas; one aunt, Lyda Frierson of Saginaw, Michigan; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Ernestine was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Brown, father, Jessie Davis, mother, Louise Davis, three brothers, Jessie Davis, Jr., Norman Davis and Barnett Davis, two sisters, Rosie Lee Walker and James Ola Bennett.
Ernestine will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
