Ms. Chynna Thompson was born June 17, 1999 in Saginaw, Michigan, the daughter of Quentin Ridley and Adrienne Cheatum. She returned home to her heavenly Father on Saturday, June 20, 2020 after a brief 21 years of living.
Chynna was a graduate of Omni High School. She attended World Outreach Campus under the leadership of Pastor Hurley Coleman, Jr. No stranger to hard work, Chynna was employed at both Stardust and Menards before her untimely death.
With an affection for all things sweet, Chynna loved baking cakes and she was excellent at it. Not only did she make the traditional cakes but she enjoyed trying to new recipes and expanding her craft. More than anything, she loved her family and loved making those around her laugh. Her tenacious spirit, beautiful smile and love for life will truly be missed those who knew her best.
Chynna was preceded in death by her father, Quentin Ridley; brother, Jontae Cheatum; close friend, Brian Wyatt.
She leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Tirrey Thompson and Adrienne Cheatum; grandparents, Sherry (Greg) Jackson, Linda and Andrew Maddison; siblings, Tirrey Thompson, Jr., Dupree Taylor III, Kya Simmons; aunts, Yvette (Jermaine) Smith, Heather (Brandon) Cantu, Anita Debardelaben; special uncles, Kahlil Jackson, Jonathan Johnson; uncles, Addrew Maddison, Brian Thompson, Terrance Johnson; special cousins, Makaela Thompson, Andrea Debardelaben; many cousins, other relatives and friends, including special friends Arianah Beavers, William Cooper, Sabrina Brachette, Alicia Martinez, DeJae Hooker, Lexi and very special friend Chynna Nelson.
