A star was born November 28, 1958 in Birmingham, Alabama to Herbert Reese and Annie Ruth Williams. Her name was Cassandra Lynn Williams, known to family and friends as “Sandy.” She moved to Saginaw, Michigan at a young age and graduated from Saginaw High School, “Class of 1976.” For three years, she was one of the lead vocalists in the Saginaw High Soul Choir. Sandy enjoyed cooking, going to the casino and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She loved dogs and her two, Delilah and Masai were precious to her. Born to be a performer, she always shined on stage. She loved performing with her late brother Clifford and the Will Inspire Band.
