Alix Troublefield, Sr. "Duckie"

January 2, 1960 — June 20, 2020

Alix Gerard Troublefield, Sr., better known as “Duckie”, was born January 2,1960 in Saginaw, Michigan to Gloria Troublefield and Robert Bond. Alix fought the good fight before passing away peacefully at the age of 60 years on June 20, 2020.

Alix attended and graduated from Saginaw Public Schools. He was a member of TrueVine Missionary Baptist Church. Alix was known for his handsome smile, youthful spirit, high energy, authenticity, and his unconditional love for his children. He always spoke highly of his children and was so proud of them. Alix loved all of his family and friends. His greatest love was being with his children and hanging out with his daughters. He loved playing and watching sports with his sons, but his greatest joy was watching his sons participate in sports.

Alix was preceded in death by his mother, Gloria Troublefield-Woodward; father, Robert Bond; brother, Anthony “Pookie” Morgan; granddaughter, Aaliyah Troublefield; grandparents, Willie and Elizabeth Troublefield; uncles, Willie and Julius Troublefield.

He is survived by his daughters, Taqueece Troublefield-Myers, Pamela Troublefield, Tamala Troublefield; sons, Alix Jr.(Gladys), Tanoah, DaMarquss, Treyvion, and TraVellas Troublefield; grandchildren, Paige Holden, Zoey Rogers, Zachary Rogers, Cassie Holden, Alix Troublefield III, Avonta Troublefield, Amir Troublefield; sisters, Michelle and Theresa Bond; brother, Robert Bond; aunts, Addie (Pastor Edward) Jones, Cornelia Troublefield, Cathy Troublefield; uncle, Charles Troublefield; special cousin, Endora Johnson; many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
