Mary joined Union Missionary Baptist Church at a young age and accepted Jesus as her personal Lord and Savior. She met Howard Singleton at a young age. They fell in love and were married for fifty faithful years and had five children and a step daughter: Michelle, Barbara, Michael, Diane, Samuel and Edward; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a dedicated, devoted and loving wife, grand-mother and great-grandmother. Mary always put the needs of her family before herself. She enjoyed cooking, shopping and beautifying her home into a warm and loving environment. Mary enjoyed many other hobbies and activities. Rain sleet or snow, she was always there to make sure that the kids made it to school safe and back home. Mary impacted many of their lives and left a legacy of Hope, Love and Care.
