My sincere condolences to the Nickleberry Family. May the grace of God comfort you during this difficult time. Years ago I worked with Greg at First Ward Community Center with Henry Hatfield and Bobby Stitt. As an awesome team they worked tirelessly to help those with substance abuse addiction and to help young men get off the street and away from crime while guiding them in a better direction. Greg was a visionary and ahead of his time. I learned so much about life and the true meaning of being commitment and dedication to a cause. Greg Nickleberry made a difference and now his soul can rest in peace with our Lord and Father Jesus Christ.

Joan, the wisdom of our Afrikan ancestors say that the life of the human spirit is eternal. . . and that we come into the world for a purpose . . . and that we don't return to the spirit realm until we fulfill that purpose. While we still grieve the passing of our beloved brother,we think about all the good times and the bad and we are reminded that the depths of our tears are only equal to the height of our joy. . .that the same things that makes us cry makes us laugh, and we know why this brother is so loved. He knew he was blessed to have you at his side Joan and he loved you and family, unconditionally. The lessons we draw from his legacy of family, strength, compassion and care for the vulnerable will continue to bring good into the lives of all who knew him. May God grant you and the family peace and eternal blessings.
