Our prayers and thoughts have been with you and we will continue to be with you. We pray that God will give you comfort in this time of bereavement. It is a sad time, yet joyous for we know that Sis. Sherman is now with our Heavenly Father, free of the pains and worries of this world. May she rest in peace. Family rest in His love, draw on His strength, trust in His promises because God cares for you. Live a life that exemplifies God’s way, as Sis. Sherman did. For if we do this we will see her again when our time comes to enter into the gates of our Father’s Heavenly Home.

To Lois Balls and the entire Sherman Family:
I want to extend my deepest sympathy to you and your family. I pray that you would take comfort in the Father at his time. Or Lord let you know in John 16:7 that you are not alone. When He ascended to heaven He sent The Comforter (The Holy Spirit) for such a time as this. And even in a time of sorrow, when a loved one goes home, there can still be joy. The Word of God tells us in 2 Corinthians 5:8 that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Your mom has transitioned back to her heavenly home- her spirit will always be with you. Take joy in knowing that you will see her again....
I send my condolence and prayers to the Sherman and Balls family, Mrs. Sherman, was the most wonderful and beautiful spirit woman, she is resting now, without any pain. It was so beautiful to see a family like yours stick together doing a difficult time, I know she is smiling....Love you all
To the family of Ms. Josie,
I came to know Ms. Josie through Jamar. He and my son Qwenton are childhood friends.
Ms. Josie was a true woman, wife, mother and grandmother. She and Big Daddy adopted Qwenton and treated him like one of their own. My husband and I appreciated that. My you all find peace in God's word. Keeping you all in prayer.
I have fought the good (worthy, honorable and noble) fight, I have finished the race, I have kept (firmly held) the faith.
2 Timothy 4: 7
Meet You At The Gate
A beautiful garden now stands alone,
missing the one who nurtured it
But now she is gone,
Her flowers still bloom, and the sun it still shines,
But the rain is like tear drops, for the ones left behind,
The weeds lay waiting to take the gardens beauty away,
But the beautiful memories of its keeper are in our hearts to stay,
she loved every flower even some that were weeds,
So much love she would plant with each little seed,
But just like her flowers she was part of Gods plan,
So when it was her time he reached down his hand,
He looked through the Garden searching for the best,
That's when he found Ms. Josie; it was her time to rest,
It was hard for those who loved her, to just let her go,
But God had a spot in his garden, that needed a gentle soul,
So when you start missing Ms. Josie, remember if you just wait,
When God has a spot in his garden, She'll meet you at the gate....
To the Sherman Family , So Sorry for the loss of your Mom. Keep you all In Prayer. Love The Griffin"s at Saint Paul Baptist Church
