Cleotha Bullock

Cleotha Bullock passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at Covenant Healthcare-Cooper. Age 85 years. He was born May 14, 1926 in Yazoo, Mississippi to William and Brazee Bullock.

Cleotha moved to Chicago, Illinois in 1955 with his wife and children. He was working at the High Grade Meat Packing Company, living in Chicago, Illinois for 44 years before moving to Saginaw, Michigan in 2009, with his daughter, Patricia Carter. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars, gardening and telling jokes. His joy was bringing his family together for a big cook out.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Rosie L. Bullock; his children, Bettye and Lizzie Bullock, Patricia Carter, Elaine (Leonard) Sherley, Laura (Keith) Bell, William (Laveagie) Bullock, Elliott Bullock; 35 grandchildren; 69 great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; three brothers, Lonnie, Walter and J.B. Bullock; two sisters-in-law, Sondra Bullock, Charlie Mae Bullock; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Brazee; three children, Charlie, Michael and Mickel Bullock; four brothers, William Jr., Fred, Leon , Aaron and T.J. Bullock; four sisters, Willie B. Neal, Veola Terrell, Mary Scott, Marie Bullock; son-in-law, Christopher Carter; sisters-in-law, Mamie, Doris and Sylvia Bullock; great grandson, Stephon Mitchell.
