Just wanted to say how truly sorry i am for your loss,i just lost my dad and brother. The things that helped me were the comforting words of people that have had similar experiences and the place where your Dad went to church!Old Town COC is in my opinion the best place around to learn the Truths about GOD!!We are in the same family so we will be in Heaven together!!Thanking GOD for the time we had with our Brother and looking forward to spending eternity together in the Sweet Bye n Bye!!GOD bless all of you!!
I am sorry to hear about the loss of your dearest Douglas. My family and I wanted to send to our deepest symapthy to you and your family. I wanted to share a comforting text found in God's Word at Isiah 25:8 where it says in part that death will be swallowed up forever. I hope that you and your family find this text as comforting as it did me and my family.
To the Wright family. I am deeply saddened by your loss and my heart goes out to you all and especially you Brian. I had the pleasure of meeting u and your father Doug when you came to my son SheaLund Clark's birthday party years ago when the two of you went to Claytor. Your father was so quiet yet so kind and I could see way back then that you Brian were going to have the same kind of heart. Your father didn't deserve this and I know someday soon your hearts will heal and the sun will shine again. Just know that your father is still with you and that he is an angel that has gone back home and though it hurts know that God doesn't make any mistakes. He is safe. All my heart and all my prayers. Ms. Towana Clark and son SheaLund Clark.

I have known Doug since I was just a kid. In the 30 plus years of knowing him I must say that he was the nicest man I have ever known. Doug taught me a lot about working on cars and fishing. We must have played over a thousand games of pool and he won most of them. I will forever miss you Doug. Love, Jr
Uncle Dougie was one of a kind!! The tallest man I ever knew. My heart goes out to all those lives he has ever touched. If you knew him, he left an impression on your heart. You will be missed. I will never understand what happened the last few minutes of your time here on earth. May you rest in peace in heaven.......
TO THE FAMILY OF MR. WRIGHT
